How fast is a deploy, really?
Your order goes to the data centre as soon as it is paid from your balance, and the dashboard shows its status until the server is ready. Measured over recent deliveries: median.

What exactly do I get?
Full root access over SSH, a public IPv4 address, and exactly the CPU, memory, disk and traffic on the plan card — as the data centre's own catalogue lists them.

What is your refund policy?
Unspent balance can be refunded. Once a server is delivered, its whole term has already been paid to the data centre, so that part usually cannot be returned — section 8 of the public offer says so plainly. If we fail to deliver a server, you get everything back.
